My favourite things about Kiou's style:
• The eyes are really original.
• *cough* Shirtless guys *cough*
• The art is done by KIOU! COME ON! <3
• Great use of space.
• Proportions make sense.
• Hair is always awesome.
• Good at choosing colours.

I donno' if she did but I don't think she's dressing up. Out of all of them I'm pretty sure only Jupies is dressing up.
She said something about a spandex suit but I think she was kidding. She said she'd wear that to see how many people actually thought she was in a costume or something.
